Being new to the profession, I am receiving continuous guidance from the team, who are helping me learn the fundamentals by assigning simple tasks and gradually introducing me to technical areas of work. Their support, mentorship, and approachable nature have created a positive learning environment for me. A. Jaya

My name is A. Jaya, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. After a career break of seven years since 2019, I approached J. Martin & Associates seeking a part-time opportunity to stay updated and engaged in the profession. The team welcomed me warmly and immediately offered me a role. Over the past four months, I have had a truly enriching learning experience. I have refreshed my knowledge in accounting and auditing and have also gained new skills in IT and ROC filing. What began as an effort simply to remain connected with the field has now become a motivating and fulfilling journey. I am Aswini R. I completed my B. Com from Auxilium College, Vellore, and gained two years of work experience at J Electronics company. I then pursued my MBA at Abdulla Hakeem College, Arcot. After completing my MBA, I joined J Martin & Associates on 19th August 2024 as an Accounting Assistant. Over the past one year, I have gained valuable experience and hands-on knowledge in Tally, GST, TDS, and ITR filing. My time at the firm has helped me develop strong accounting skills and deepen my understanding of professional practices. and I am grateful for the continuous learning opportunities and guidance I receive at the firm.

I am G. Pavithra. I completed my B.Com at S.I.V.E.T College and I am currently pursuing CMA. I joined J Martin & Associates on 05.03.2025. Working here has been extremely useful for my CMA career, and I am enriching my knowledge every day. I have gained valuable exposure in Income Tax filing, TDS, Trust and company audits. My work experience has significantly strengthened my tax and accounting knowledge, which is highly beneficial for my studies. I am Tribuvan, I completed my Under Graduation in DG Vaishnav College, Arumbakkam in 2024. I joined J Martin & Associates as a fresher on 23rd Aug 2024, with inquisitiveness to learn more on tax filings and miscellaneous tasks involved in the subsequent periods. I am currently working here as an Audit Assistant. Now, I gained hands on experience of 1.25 yrs in this firm and learnt GST, TDS and ITR Filings practically by handling real time clients. My name is S. Pavithra, and I have completed my B.Com from TMG College. As I was exploring opportunities in the accounting field, I began my professional journey with J. Martin & Associates on October 1st, 2024. Since joining, I have been gaining valuable hands-on experience in GST, TDS, accounting, and auditing, which has strengthened my practical understanding of core accounting and taxation practices. My name is A. Kamesh, and I completed my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 2022. I began my career in the manufacturing industry, where one and a half years of experience gave me practical exposure to industrial operations and workplace discipline. As I started looking for long-term growth and stability, I decided to shift my career path. Through a friend’s reference, I joined J.
